1. Introduction
At Origo Ground, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoice
- Product should not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Used or damaged products
- Products with missing packaging or accessories
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-order items
- Products damaged due to improper handling or usage
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Share Order ID
- Share product details
- Share reason for return
- Share images/videos (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Return Approval
- Returns will be accepted only after approval from our team
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared
6. Reverse Pickup / Self Shipping
6.1 Reverse Pickup
- Available in selected locations
- Our courier partner will pick up the product
6.2 Self Shipping
- If reverse pickup is not available, customer must ship the product to our address
- Shipping charges may or may not be reimbursed (based on case approval)
7. Inspection of Returned Products
- All returned items will undergo quality inspection
- If the product does not meet return conditions, the return will be rejected
- Product may be shipped back to the customer
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be processed only if the return is approved and received
- Product must pass inspection

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Time for credit depends on your bank/payment provider.
8.3 Refund Mode

- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability

- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
